Job summary

int transportation is seeking an on-site nurse to manage medical care for workers at our Makati project site. You will oversee health monitoring, first aid, and documentation to ensure a safe working environment.

The role requires an active PRC-licensed RN with at least 2 years in construction or a similar setting, plus BOSH/COSH certificates. Local applicants from Apalit, Pampanga, or nearby areas are preferred. Immediate availability is a plus.

Qualifications

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overview: Manage on-site medical care, worker health monitoring, and safety compliance on the project site.

• Emergency Response: Provide immediate first aid and triage for injuries or accidents occurring on the project site.

• Health Monitoring: Conduct daily vital signs checks, fitness-for-work evaluations, and routine health assessments for workers.

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure alignment with Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) standards.

• Clinic Administration: Manage inventory of first-aid kits, medicines, and medical equipment in the site clinic, alongside accurate injury documentation.

• Safety Coordination: Collaborate with Safety Officers to conduct toolbox meetings, accident investigations, and health promotion campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS

With valid Philippine Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license as a Registered Nurse.

• With at least 2 years of relevant working experience in construction or similar industry.
