Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a licensed On-site Nurse to support a construction project in Metro Manila. The role requires RN with PRC license, BLS/CPR and First Aid certification, and experience as a Site/Occupational Health Nurse on construction sites.

You will conduct basic health assessments, provide first aid, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with DOLE safety requirements and workplace health programs.

Qualifications

• RN with PRC license and valid registration.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
• Certified in BLS/CPR and First Aid.
• BOSH for Construction, OHNAP, or OCSH certification.
• Experience as a Site Nurse / Occupational Health Nurse / Construction Nurse.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and construction site hazards.
• Knowledgeable in emergency response, injury management, and basic medical assessment.
• Able to conduct basic health assessments and provide first aid and emergency care.
• Familiarity with DOLE requirements and workplace medical/safety documentation.
• Capable of maintaining medical records, incident reports, and health documentation.
• Familiar with workplace health programs, safety protocols, and DOLE requirements.
• Physically and mentally capable of working in a construction/site environment.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on-site and comply with project safety policies and procedures.
