About the role
The Project Site Engineer – HVAC/MEPF will supervise HVAC construction activities, coordinate with project teams, and ensure that installation works are completed according to approved plans, quality standards, project schedules, and safety requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily HVAC construction activities on-site
- Ensure installation works comply with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades
- Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and equipment manuals
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare site reports, progress schedules, and project documentation
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, material usage, and manpower allocation
- Attend site coordination meetings and provide updates on project progress, delays, and changes
- Support the testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PRC License) is preferred, but non-licensed engineers with relevant experience are welcome to apply
- At least 1–3 years of experience in site engineering, preferably in HVAC or MEPF projects
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, design, and installation practices
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or Primavera
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality work
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
- Willing to work at various project sites and travel or relocate nationwide as required
