Job summary

Inovus Building Solutions Inc. is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise HVAC/MEPF site activities, ensure installations follow approved plans, safety standards, and project specs.

You will review drawings, coordinate with project managers, contractors, and site personnel to keep projects on schedule. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, PRC license preferred, 1–3 years in site engineering (HVAC/MEPF).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or related engineering field.
• PRC license preferred; non-licensed with relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of site engineering experience, preferably HVAC/MEPF.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities for HVAC/MEPF projects.
• Ensure installation works are completed according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of work.
• Prepare daily/weekly site reports and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and safety regulations.
• Perform other site engineering duties as assigned.
