Job summary

HYOLIM INC is seeking an experienced Project Site Engineer (Electrical) on a contract basis to oversee electrical installations at the Batino, Calamba City site, Laguna. The role focuses on ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion while coordinating between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will supervise on-site electrical works, conduct inspections, prepare progress reports, read drawings, and resolve technical issues to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of site/project experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations and design principles.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specs.
• Able to conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical systems.
• Excellent communication with on-site teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time at Batino, Calamba City.

About the role

HYOLIM INC is seeking an experienced Project Site Engineer (Electrical) to join our team on a contract basis. This is a pivotal role that will oversee electrical engineering projects at our site located in Batino, Calamba City, Laguna. As Project Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution, quality and timely completion of electrical installations and systems. You will serve as a critical link between our design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring that all electrical work complies with specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. This role is essential to the delivery of our engineering projects and the overall success of HYOLIM INC's operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and engineering drawings

• Conduct daily site inspections and quality checks to verify that all electrical work meets required standards and safety protocols

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive site reports, progress documentation and records of electrical work completed

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical systems, liaising with design engineers and contractors as needed

• Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring electrical work progresses according to schedule and

• Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems prior to handover

• Coordinate with other trades and site personnel to ensure smooth integration of electrical systems with overall project activities

• Maintain clear communication with project management, contractors and stakeholders regarding project status and any issues encountered

• Document defects and non-conformances, tracking their rectification until completion

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering .

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience as a site engineer or project engineer in electrical engineering projects

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and design principles

• Proven experience with electrical project supervision and site management

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical specifications

• Demonstrated ability to conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical systems

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions on site

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards

• Familiarity with project management tools and documentation systems

• Valid driver's license and willingness to work on-site full-time at the Batino, Calamba City location
