Job summary

HYOLIM INC is seeking an experienced Project Site Engineer (Electrical) on a contract basis to oversee electrical installations at the Batino, Calamba City site, Laguna. The role focuses on ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion while coordinating between design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

You will supervise on-site electrical works, conduct inspections, prepare progress reports, read drawings, and resolve technical issues to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of site/project experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations and design principles.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specs.
• Able to conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical systems.
• Excellent communication with on-site teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to work on-site full-time at Batino, Calamba City.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works on site according to drawings.
• Conduct daily inspections and quality checks to meet safety standards.
• Prepare site reports, progress docs, and records of work completed.
• Identify and solve electrical system issues with design engineers and contractors.
• Monitor timelines and budgets, ensuring on-schedule progress.
• Perform testing and commissioning before handover.
• Coordinate with other trades for smooth integration on site.
• Document defects and track rectification until completion.
