Job summary

HMJ Earth Movement Construction Corp. in Pasig is seeking a proactive Site Engineer with 1–3 years of experience to join our earthworks and infrastructure teams. You will supervise daily site activities, review plans, and ensure work meets specifications and schedules.

The role requires reading shop drawings, cost estimation, and collaboration with project managers, subcontractors, and clients. Travel to project sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed civil engineer preferred; exceptional candidates may apply.
• 1–3 years' experience in construction or site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering plans and shop drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD; Civil 3D/STAAD a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work on project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations and construction activities.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor site safety, quality control, productivity, and project progress.
• Prepare accomplishment reports, progress billings, and site documentation.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and material monitoring.
• Assist in engineering design, temporary works design, and preparation of construction methodologies.
• Review engineering plans, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Identify site issues and recommend practical engineering solutions.
