Job summary

JSBP Construkt Incorporated is seeking a Project Engineer to plan, coordinate, supervise, and monitor construction activities at our Quezon City site. You will help ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance on active projects.

The role requires 3-5 years of experience, a bachelor's degree, and a hands-on approach to reviewing drawings, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and resolving site issues promptly. This is an on-site, full-time position in Quezon City.

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and monitoring construction activities to ensure that projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications. The role involves overseeing site operations, managing manpower and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure project progress is aligned with the approved schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams regarding project requirements and updates.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and project documents.
• Prepare work schedules, manpower allocation, and material requirements for project execution.
• Monitor project accomplishments and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with approved plans, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Oversee steel structure installation and PU panel installation activities to ensure proper workmanship and compliance with engineering standards.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, site concerns, and project delays in a timely manner.
• Monitor project costs and assist in controlling material usage and project expenses.Ensure compliance with company safety policies and site safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets project requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and logistics teams regarding material deliveries and equipment requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical support as necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
