Job summary

Landworks Development Corp. is seeking a Civil Engineering Graduate for a role in project supervision in Las Piñas, Philippines. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in horizontal projects such as land development, bridges, and highways. Responsibilities include monthly project monitoring, preparing reports, managing subcontractor billing, and consulting with clients. A PRC license and driving skills are preferred for this position.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly project monitoring.
• Prepare monthly project status and collection reports.
• Manage subcontractor billing and records weekly.
• Compare actual costs with internal estimates.
• Handle weekly NTP’s (Notice to Proceed) internal estimates.
• Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals as required.
