Job summary

Elluc Projects Philippines Inc. is seeking a Civil Engineer to supervise and manage construction activities for vertical and horizontal projects at the project site.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules; coordinating workers, subcontractors, and suppliers; and maintaining site reports and safety practices. On-site work and travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of site construction experience.
• Experience in both vertical and horizontal construction projects.
• PRC-licensed Civil Engineer preferred/required, depending on project.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform other engineering duties as assigned.

CIVIL ENGINEER

Position Overview

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing construction activities for both vertical and horizontal projects, ensuring that works are completed safely,

efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Manage and coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other site personnel.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and work progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure the quality of construction works.
• Coordinate with project management, consultants, contractors, and other relevant personnel.
• Interpret and review construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, quantity reports, and other required documentation.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate appropriate corrective actions.Ensure compliance with site safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor project schedules and assist in ensuring that work targets and deadlines are met.
• Perform other engineering and site-related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of actual site construction experience.
• Experience in both vertical and horizontal construction projects.
• Strong experience in site supervision and construction management.
• Must be capable of effectively managing and supervising workers.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PRC-licensed Civil Engineer is preferred/required, depending on project requirements.
• Local applicants are preferred.
• Willing to work on-site and travel as required.
