Job summary

JEMN2 Builders Corporation in Metro Manila seeks an Architectural professional to develop and review architectural plans, designs, and construction drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, engineers and contractors to ensure alignment with project requirements.

You will conduct site inspections, review RFIs, manage shop drawings, and assist in resolving design and construction issues, ensuring quality, schedules, and turnover readiness across all architectural works.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural plans, designs, and construction drawings.
• Coordinate architectural design requirements with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors.
• Ensure that architectural plans and specifications comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
• Prepare and review technical drawings, details, specifications, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor the progress and quality of architectural works.
• Review actual site conditions and ensure that construction follows approved plans and specifications.
• Coordinate with the project team regarding design changes, revisions, and technical concerns.
• Review and evaluate shop drawings, material submittals, samples, and other technical documents.
• Assist in resolving design and construction issues encountered during project implementation.
• Monitor project schedules and coordinate architectural activities to ensure timely completion.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical recommendations on architectural matters.
• Review and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs), technical queries, and design clarifications.
• Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors regarding architectural requirements and construction details.
• Ensure that completed works meet the required design standards, quality, and specifications.
• Prepare progress reports, punch lists, and other architectural project documentation.
• Assist in project turnover, final inspection, and completion of outstanding architectural works.
• Perform other architectural and project-related duties as may be assigned.
