Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Project Scheduler to join our team working from home on a night shift schedule. You will develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system, review progress against deadlines, and participate in meetings with operations management and customers.

The ideal candidate brings Primavera P6 expertise, strong Excel skills, and experience coordinating projects and timelines, with solid communication abilities and comfort with public speaking.

Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6 and scheduling systems.
• Strong scheduling and critical path understanding.
• Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.
• Experience coordinating projects and timelines.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Knowledge of telecom/wireline projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system
• Review the progressed schedules against the schedule deadlines
• Participate in meetings with senior operations management, peers, and/or customers
• Participate in estimating and bidding projects, contract negotiations, and change order preparation
• Identify potential scheduling delays and facilitate remedial action
• Monitor project progress with monitoring duties that include identifying critical activities and reviewing forecasts, and achievement dates
• Perform other duties as required or assigned

Role And Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain a scheduling management system
• Review the progressed schedules against the schedule deadlines

• Solid scheduling experience with understanding of WBS and critical path methodology
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in project coordination and managing project timelines
• Ability to convene and run schedule update meetingsStrong professional business communication skills
• Comfortable with public speaking
• Experience in telecom/wireline projects is a plus
