Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in the Philippines with 4–6 years of QA/inspection experience to ensure compliance with customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements. You will analyze quality data, support CAPAs, and develop inspection plans for complex assemblies and components.

The role requires hands-on inspection, knowledge of CMM and GD&T, and participation in customer and supplier audits.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive QA/inspection experience in manufacturing
• Experience coordinating audits and customer quality activities
• Strong understanding of AS 9100 / ISO 9001 quality management systems

Responsibilities

• Review and approve data packages, shipping documentation, inspection records and quality documentation to ensure compliance (25%)

Job description

Responsibilities

• 1. Review and approve data packages, shipping documentation, inspection records, and quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer, contractual, and regulatory requirements. (25%)
• 2. Analyze quality trends, investigate nonconformances, and support corrective and preventive action activities to improve product and process performance. (20%)
• 3. Develop inspection plans and provide technical guidance to inspection personnel regarding product acceptance criteria, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements. (20%)
• 4. Conduct and support customer audits, source inspections, supplier quality reviews, and quality management system audits. (20%)
• 5. Perform advanced inspection activities and support inspection of complex assemblies, machined components, fabricated products, and electronic hardware when required. (15%)
• 6. IATF16949 and ISO9001 system knowledge (works as a MR for min 2 yars)
• 7. Knowledge related to plastics, Stampings and machining parts
• 8. CQI audit Knowledge
• 9. Hands on expirence on CMM, GD&T knowldege
• 10. Customer / Third party comunication skill
• 11. Supplier audits expirece, Representative Qualifications High school diploma, technical certification, Associate degree, or equivalent experience; bachelor’s degree preferred

Experience & Qualifications

Typically 4–6 years of quality assurance, inspection, manufacturing, or technical quality experience Proficiency interpreting complex engineering drawings, schematics, specifications, and process plans Experience conducting audits and supporting customer quality activities Inter-Process Commission (IPC) 610 certification preferred Strong understanding of quality management systems and industry standards such as Aerospace Standard (AS) 9100 or International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
