Responsibilities

• Communicating with clients to gather project scope, budgets and timelines for customer satisfaction
• Finding and qualifying leads and closing sales with existing clients or new prospects
• Prospecting new sales by cold calling businesses
• Organizing regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service
• Creating new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into long-term partnerships
• Preparing and presenting proposals and bids and negotiating terms with clients
• Providing professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
• Maintaining regular contact with clients to understand and meet their needs
• Responding to complaints and resolving issues to maintain satisfaction and reputation
• Ensuring the correct products and services are delivered to customers timely
• Collaborating with the team to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results
• Reporting and recording all sales activities
• Ensuring achievement of monthly sales targets and keeping records of sales data
• Ensuring that department KPI and process KPI are met
