You will bridge engineering and sales, preparing technical proposals, quotations, and cost estimates for HVAC projects. You will review drawings, tender documents, and BOQs to recommend equipment and system solutions, then collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop competitive proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years in project sales, technical sales, HVAC, MEP, construction, or industrial equipment.
• Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and bid submissions.
• Review engineering drawings, project specs, tender documents, and BOQs.
• Recommend appropriate HVAC equipment and system solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop proposals.
• Conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
• Support project execution through technical coordination, handover, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, cost estimates, and bid submissions.
• Review engineering drawings, project specifications, tender documents, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Recommend appropriate HVAC equipment and system solutions based on client and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
• Conduct technical and commercial discussions with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Negotiate project scope, pricing, contract terms, and delivery schedules.
• Support project execution through technical coordination, project handover, and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Project Sales, Technical Sales, HVAC, MEP, Construction, or Industrial Equipment.
• Strong understanding of project estimation, tendering, bidding processes, BOQs, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
