Job summary

Motolite is seeking a Lead Project Planning and Readiness Manager to drive planning, material readiness, and regulatory coordination for Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects in the Philippines. You will align procurement, warehouse, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring readiness and risks, and guiding governance processes to optimize execution and delivery reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and readiness requirements for Solar PV and BESS projects.
• Establish planning and control mechanisms that provide visibility of project status, readiness levels, resource requirements, and execution risks.
• Monitor project readiness and proactively address planning gaps that may impact project implementation.
• Ensure project support activities remain aligned with approved scope, schedules, operational requirements, and business objectives.
• Monitor project progress, critical activities, dependencies, and readiness risks affecting project delivery.
• Maintain visibility of project requirements and coordinate actions necessary to support successful implementation.
• Facilitate project review activities and provide project readiness updates to management.
• Recommend actions that improve coordination, execution readiness, and overall project support effectiveness.
• Oversee material planning activities to ensure project requirements are accurately forecasted and aligned with implementation schedules.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Warehouse, and Project Teams to maintain sufficient material availability.
• Monitor inventory readiness, material allocation, stock levels, and supply constraints that may affect project execution.
• Ensure effective planning and utilization of project materials and equipment.
• Ensure warehouse activities effectively support project mobilization, implementation, and operational requirements.
• Monitor inventory control, receiving, storage, issuance, and material accountability practices.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, traceability, and documentation integrity are maintained.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance warehouse performance and material control.
• Oversee permitting, licensing, utility coordination, and regulatory support activities required for project execution.
• Ensure permit applications, inspections, submissions, and regulatory requirements are completed within required timelines.
• Monitor permit status and compliance requirements that may affect project implementation.
• Coordinate with government agencies, utilities, developers, customers, and other stakeholders to support project readiness objectives.
• Facilitate collaboration among Engineering, Design, Procurement, Warehouse, Commercial, and Project Implementation teams.
• Ensure alignment of materials, permits, resources, and support requirements across multiple projects.
• Resolve coordination issues that may impact project readiness or implementation schedules.
• Promote integrated planning and communication across project support functions.
• Lead and develop the Material Planner, Warehouseman, and Liaison Officer to achieve functional and organizational objectives.
• Establish accountability, service standards, and operating expectations across the Project Planning and Controls function.
• Promote collaboration, planning discipline, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Job Summary:

Leads project planning, execution readiness, material planning, warehouse support, permit coordination, and project governance to enable successful delivery of Solar and BESS projects.

Leads the Project Planning and Controls function by ensuring project readiness through effective planning, material availability, inventory support, permit coordination, resource alignment, and project governance. Serves as the focal point for project readiness by integrating planning, materials, inventory, permits, and support activities to enable the timely and efficient delivery of Solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects while maintaining execution visibility, operational readiness, and delivery reliability .
