Job summary

Security Bank in Makati seeks a Project Officer to support planning, coordination, monitoring, and documentation of projects within the Contact Center Channel Division. The role ensures all project activities—from requirements gathering to reporting—are completed accurately and on schedule.

You will track progress, prepare documentation, escalate risks, and assist the Project Manager in executing initiatives aligned with divisional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• 2–5 years of relevantexperience in project management and customer service.
• Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks.
• Asset and inventory management knowledge.
• System access management capability.
• Experience in operational risk and audit processes.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated environments is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site at the Makati Head Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project documents (plans, reports, MoMs, trackers) accurately and on time.
• Monitor project activity progress and escalate delays or issues promptly.
• Identify risks and ensure all issues are escalated and closed within SLA.
• Ensure projects adhere to PMO templates, documentation standards, and closure requirements.
• Assist in monitoring project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
