Job summary

LIFESTONE-CONSTRUCTION CO. is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to join as Project and Office Engineer, overseeing project monitoring, technical coordination, plan checking, quantity surveying, cost monitoring, quality assurance, site coordination, and documentation from planning through completion.

The role requires collaboration with Management, Design, Technical, Site, and client teams to ensure projects meet approved plans, budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• 3+ years in project management or PM team.
• Office-based coordination and site operations experience preferred.
• Strong technical, analytical, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, project billing, and construction documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, site activities, manpower, materials, schedules, and target completion dates.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate resolution of technical, quality, and operational concerns.
• Review construction plans for discrepancies and constructability issues.
• Coordinate design revisions, clarifications, and updated drawings.
• Prepare and review quantity take-offs, cost estimates, BoQs, and project costs.
• Monitor quantities, material usage, costs, variations, and change orders.
• Assist in checking progress and final billings.
• Ensure compliance with approved plans, specs, workmanship, and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents, site observations, and project records.
• Coordinate permits, clearances, and compliance requirements.
