Job summary

CDCC Builders Inc. is seeking a Project Site Nurse to manage the construction site clinic, provide first aid, maintain medical records, and promote health and safety programs across project sites.

The role requires an RN with 5 years of experience in construction settings, capable of Basic and Advanced Life Support, and willing to be posted to multiple project sites. coordination with hospitals and external services is essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid and medical care at project sites and maintain clinic records.
• Conduct monthly inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
• Refer workers to external health services as needed.
• Coordinate with nearby hospitals for treatment.
• Report work-related incidents to HR and Safety.
• Issue PPE and uniforms as required.
• Maintain health programs and safety promotions.
• Perform welfare activities and monitor sick leave credits.
• Prepare accident/incidence reports.

Job Summary

The position is responsible for the construction site system filing and monitor all incoming and outgoing documents in the site. They are also responsible for promoting health & safety programs and perform first aid to all minor & major accidents in the site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The Project Nurse deals with all the health issues, conducts first aid to all injured and ill employees, updates and maintains medical records and conducts inventory of medicines and supplies of the clinic at project/site locations.
• Performs routine medical/first aid procedures, monitors and administers sick leave credits of employees, conduct welfare activities and attends to medical needs of team members.
• Refers team members to external health services delivery as needed.
• Conducts monthly inventory of medicines and other medical supplies to ensure availability at all times.
• Reports all work-related incidents/accidents to Safety section for investigation and corrective action.
• Provide immediate medical care for workers in case of illness/ accidents in the project site.
• Coordinate with hospitals near the project site for possible treatment of workers.
• Prepare and submit accident/ incident report to Human Resources Department (HRD).
• Ensure enough inventories of medical supplies in the project site.
• Responsible in the issuance of company uniform/ PPE and coordinate as necessary.
• Perform employee relation tasks such as issuance of “Notice to Explain” and submission of incident report.
• Provide First Aid Treatment during company events and activities.
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Has a 5 years experience as a Project Site Nurse in the construction industry.
• Must be a Registered Nurse
• Can effectively deal with internal and external customers
• Ability to perform Basic Life Support and Advance Life Support
• Willing to be assigned in any project sites
