Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred.

• At least five (5) years of experience in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project management to ensure delivery on time, within budget and per approved plans.
• Enforce conformance to quality plans, policies and procedures.
• Manage scheduling and monitor contractor schedules to establish milestone dates.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness programs are followed.

Job description

Broad Functions:

• Responsible for the over - all management and implementation of the project to ensure that the projects is delivered on time, within the budget and as per approved plans and specifications.
• Enforce the conformance by all parties to the quality plans, policies and procedures.
• Handles over-all project scheduling and monitors the contractor's individual project schedules establishing critical milestone dates.
• Oversees the day-to-day management and implementation of the project to ensure that it is being implemented per the developed construction schedule, budgetary cost, safety and cleanliness program conducting routine inspections and site visits.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• At least five (5) years of experience in construction management
