Job summary

Intellismart Technology Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial projects from kickoff to closeout in a fast-paced environment in Quezon City. You will coordinate internal and external resources, manage scope and timelines, and ensure adherence to safety policies while delivering client value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years of electrical PM experience, and strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2+ years PM experience in electrical projects.
• Experience in electrical estimating.
• Knowledge of ELV Systems (Security, Lighting, Cabling).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from start to finish.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external resources for project completion.
• Oversee start and closeout materials for projects.
• Develop scope, requirements, procurement strategy, safety plan, and budgets.

Job description

As a member of our project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned commercial projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers’ expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures all projects are implemented in accordance with the design and responds timely to questions related to field conditions.
• Oversees, scheduling and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion.
• Oversees Job Start and Project Closeout materials.
• Prepares agendas, develops and maintains scope, business requirements, performance specifications, procurement strategy, safety plan, master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met.
• Promote best practice and support & develop project team to maximize efficiency & effective delivery

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 years and above successful electrical PM experience
• Prior experience in electrical estimating
• Knowledgeable in ELV Systems (Security & Auxiliary, Lighting, Structured Cabling).
• Excellent verbal and written communication
