Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering required.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience with field/site exposure.
• Experience managing stakeholders on site.
• Proficient with Google-based documents and marking-up tools (Adobe PDF at minimum).
• Strong design, planning, and coordination project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with cross-party coordination.
• Good presentation skills and ability to prepare materials.
• Strong oral and written communication; creative thinking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical works packages and ensure design coordination.
• Monitor progress against schedules and milestones; ensure quality.
• Coordinate with package contractors per program and contract docs.
• Attend coordination meetings with design consultants for approvals.
• Track tender events, review scopes, ensure design compliance.
• Manage changes, monitor claims, help budget recovery.
• Conduct site visits to inspect conditions and progress.
• Maintain trackers for submissions, RFIs, inspections, and changes.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
