Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of hydropower projects.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams covering engineering, hydrology, geology, environmental/social, financial, and construction disciplines.
• Oversee feasibility studies and ensure that project deliverables meet quality and technical requirements.
• Establish project schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Review and integrate technical studies and engineering outputs.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
• Monitor project progress, costs, quality, and schedule performance.
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports and management recommendations.
