Position: Project Engineer

Requirements:

• 1. Communication & Stakeholder Coordination: Outgoing personality with exceptional external business and commercial communication skills; capable of independently liaising and coordinating with multiple parties (clients, consultants, subcontractors, authorities).
• 2. Professional Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience, with a thorough understanding of local project operations, statutory workflows, and market practices.
• 3. Execution & Delivery: Proficient in full-cycle project management and site implementation; proven capability to independently take the lead and drive project execution from initiation to handover.
• 4. Technical & Commercial Competence: Comprehensive professional skills in drafting technical proposals/methodologies, developing master project schedules, and conducting tender cost estimation and pricing.
• 5. Preferred Sector Background: Hands-on project experience in Solar (PV), Mining, or Power/Energy sectors is strongly preferred.
