Job summary

Acquire Intelligence, an award-winning global outsourcer, is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate and lead mid-size implementation projects from start to finish. You will craft project plans and schedules using SOW, BRD, and Use Cases, and guide the team through delivery within scope and budget.

You will manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, collaborate with the PMO, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution while meeting quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead successful implementation projects (mid-size, mid-complexity, some customization) from start to finish
• Create the project plan and schedule with accurate duration estimates and resource requirements using the Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document, and Use Cases
• Manage the schedule with the project team and client from start to finish, including task prioritization, deadlines, hours tracking, scope change control, and resource management
• Deliver projects on-time and on-budget while meeting internal/client quality standards
• Forecast project closure dates to enable revenue recognition and coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams within a shared resource model
• Act as the primary client interface and own the client relationship, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with the client's PMO

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and lead successful implementation projects (mid-size, mid-complexity, some customization) from start to finish
• Utilizing the Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document, and Use Cases, create the project plan and schedule with accurate duration estimates and resource requirements.
• Manage the schedule with the project team and client from start to finish, including:
  • Prioritize tasks within the project, set deadlines, track hours
  • Manage project scope; adjust via change control processes as required
  • Assign project resources and manage to ensure deliverables will be met
  • Deliver project on-time and on-budget
  • Meet internal/client quality standards
  • Forecast when projects will close so revenue can be recognized
  • Coordinate efforts of various teams as required to deliver project under a shared resource model and matrixed environment
  • Act as the primary client interface; own client relationship
  • Serve as mentor/coach to Associate Project Manager and other less experienced members of the project team
  • Interact with client’s Project Management Office (PMO), as required
  • Report and manage internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Facilitate and execute project using Riskonnect tools and methodology
