Job summary

Acquire Intelligence Philippines is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead mid-size implementation projects from initiation to closure. You will define plans, schedules, and resource needs based on SOW, BRD, and Use Cases, and manage the project team and client from start to finish.

You will prioritize tasks, manage scope through change control, track progress, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery, uphold quality standards, forecast project closures for revenue recognition, and mentor

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead successful implementation projects (mid-size, mid-complexity, some customization) from start to finish
• Utilizing the Statement of Work, Business Requirements Document, and Use Cases, create the project plan and schedule with accurate duration estimates and resource requirements.
• Manage the schedule with the project team and client from start to finish, including:
• Prioritize tasks within the project, set deadlines, track hours
• Manage project scope; adjust via change control processes as required
• Assign project resources and manage to ensure deliverables will be met
• Deliver project on-time and on-budget
• Meet internal/client quality standards
• Forecast when projects will close so revenue can be recognized
• Coordinate efforts of various teams as required to deliver project under a shared resource model and matrixed environment
• Act as the primary client interface; own client relationship
• Serve as mentor/coach to Associate Project Manager and other less experienced members of the project team
• Interact with client’s Project Management Office (PMO), as required
• Report and manage internal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Facilitate and execute project using Riskonnect tools and methodology
