Job summary

mindra group in the Philippines is seeking a strong, seasoned Project Manager who can take ownership, drive accountability, and keep complex programs on track. You will manage senior stakeholders, enforce governance, and ensure teams deliver on commitments.

You should be confident in decision-making, risk management, and maintaining clear documentation, processes, and controls across enterprise environments. PMP is required and experience with banking/finance is a plus.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.

• Strong understanding of SDLC and IT project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end, from planning and execution through delivery and closure.
• Establish and maintain project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and key deliverables.
• Drive project governance and ensure adherence to established methodologies, processes, and controls.
• Manage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technical teams.
• Identify risks and issues early, challenge assumptions, and drive timely resolution.
• Ensure clear accountability across project teams and hold stakeholders to agreed commitments.
• Prepare and present project status updates, governance reports, and management presentations.
• Facilitate project reviews, governance checkpoints, and key decision-making discussions.
• Ensure complete and accurate project documentation and compliance with organizational standards.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly process-oriented, structured, and detail-driven
• Strong personality with the confidence to influence, challenge, escalation, and make things happen
• Able to work with senior stakeholders and manage competing priorities without losing sight of governance and delivery
