Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a senior civil/infrastructure professional with extensive EPC project leadership experience. You will oversee governance, scheduling, and reporting across multidisciplinary teams, driving alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in the field, expertise in major infrastructure, and familiarity with hydropower or dam projects. International exposure and strong command of project controls are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent registration is preferred.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field is desirable.
• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in civil/infrastructure sectors.
• Minimum 15 years on major infrastructure projects, with hydropower/dams/tunnels desirable.
• Minimum 10 years in project management or Employer's Engineer/Owner's Engineer roles.
• Experience administering large EPC contracts.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant or Owner's Engineer teams.
• International project experience, preferably in Southeast Asia, desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project governance, controls, scheduling, and progress reporting.
• Oversee multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.
• Administer large EPC contracts and contract frameworks (FIDIC).
• Provide governance reporting and executive briefings for project sponsors.
• Ensure lifecycle compliance and audit readiness per PM system requirements.
• Utilize software tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for progress tracking.
