Job summary

Surbana Jurong is seeking a senior civil/infrastructure professional with extensive EPC project leadership experience. You will oversee governance, scheduling, and reporting across multidisciplinary teams, driving alignment with project sponsors and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in the field, expertise in major infrastructure, and familiarity with hydropower or dam projects. International exposure and strong command of project controls are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
Chartered Professional Engineer or equivalent registration is preferred.
Master's degree in Engineering or related field is desirable.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience in civil/infrastructure sectors.
Minimum 15 years on major infrastructure projects, with hydropower/dams/tunnels desirable.
Minimum 10 years in project management or Employer's Engineer/Owner's Engineer roles.
Experience administering large EPC contracts.
Experience leading multidisciplinary consultant or Owner's Engineer teams.
International project experience, preferably in Southeast Asia, desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead project governance, controls, scheduling, and progress reporting.
Oversee multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder engagement.
Administer large EPC contracts and contract frameworks (FIDIC).
Provide governance reporting and executive briefings for project sponsors.
Ensure lifecycle compliance and audit readiness per PM system requirements.
Utilize software tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for progress tracking.
