Job summary

Surabana Jurong is seeking a seasoned Document Control Specialist to manage engineering documents for large-scale projects. You will handle drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, NCRs, MOMs, and emails, ensuring proper filing and controlled access.

The role requires 5+ years in document control, experience with Aconex/SharePoint/EDMS, and strong data management, organization and communication skills. Knowledge of environmental permits is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Training in Document Control or Project Information Management.
• Knowledge of document formatting and engineering documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and PDF management software.
• Certifications in Aconex, SharePoint, or other DMS tools.
• Minimum 5 years document control experience on large-scale projects.
• Experience in dams, hydropower, tunneling, or major infrastructure/civil projects.
• Experience using Document Management Systems (Aconex, SharePoint, EDMS).
• Experience handling engineering drawings, technical specifications, RFIs, submittals, NCRs, MOMs, and correspondence.
• Experience maintaining structured digital and hard-copy archives.
