Job summary

Red Rock IT Security Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned project manager to ensure successful delivery of products, platforms, and services. You will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, and monitoring of all project activities, balancing scope, time, and budget.

You will coordinate with clients and internal teams to prevent conflicts, resolve issues, and keep projects aligned with strategic goals, while establishing PM standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Ensures activities are within approved budget and timeline
• Creates resource planning with Infosec Department and assigns tasks
• Defines project objectives, scope and timeline
• Coordinates with client for timely delivery
• Integrates projects to prevent conflicts
• Facilitates resolution of issues escalated by clients
• Engages management and technical support for issues
• Establishes and implements PM frameworks and standards

About the role

Responsible for ensuring the success of the delivery of products, platforms, and services. Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end planning, implementing, tracking, and monitoring of all activities.

Key responsibilities

• Ensures that all activities are done within the approved budget and timeline
• Creates resource planning with the assistance of the Infosec Department, and tasks assignments for each project, as needed
• Defines and clarifies project objectives, scope and timeline
• Coordinates and collaborates with the client to ensure timely completion and/or service delivery
• Integrates projects seamlessly with the end goal of preventing inter-project and/or cross-functional conflicts
• Facilitates the timely and effective resolution of issues escalated by clients
• Engages management and technical support for resolution of issues and challenges within the project
• Establishes and implements frameworks and standards for Project Management
