Job summary

ActionLabs in the Philippines is seeking an IT Project Manager to drive delivery across multiple software initiatives. You will facilitate meetings, maintain project plans, roadmaps and timelines, and ensure thorough documentation.

You will collaborate with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and finance to manage dependencies, communicate progress, present updates to stakeholders, and proactively identify risks to keep projects on track.

The IT Project Manager is responsible for facilitating meetings and managing project plans, roadmaps, timelines, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery. The role involves collaborating with developers, QA, business stakeholders, and other teams to maintain alignment, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery. The position also supports IT project best practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, version control, and cloud-based environments, while reviewing flowcharts, business process diagrams, and software architecture to understand and communicate technical solutions.

The IT Project Manager will present project updates to stakeholders, proactively identify and manage risks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions to keep projects on track. The role also requires fostering a collaborative and high-trust team environment while coordinating with Finance and other departments to ensure smooth project operations and delivery.
