Job summary

NYGC Services INC is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from initiation to closure within Metro Manila. You will define scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires agile experience, strong communication, and effective stakeholder management to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous improvement across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing project teams.
• 3+ years of experience working in an Agile software development environment.
• Experience in planning, executing, and delivering projects across teams.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource management.
• Ability to identify and resolve risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan projects by defining scope, goals, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project execution, resources, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track project progress and provide weekly status reports.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes.
• Ensure clear communication, accountability, and collaboration across teams.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, action items, and decision logs.
• Follow project management standards, PMO guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor team performance, allocate resources, and resolve project blockers.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and escalate critical issues when required.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
• Complete project closure activities, obtain approvals, and document lessons learned.
• Support resource planning, time tracking, customer satisfaction tracking, and continuous improvement.
