Job summary

Ascendion Philippines seeks an IT Project Manager to lead software development initiatives from planning to delivery. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage scope, timelines, budgets, and vendor relations, and report progress to stakeholders.

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years managing IT software projects with Agile/Scrum/Waterfall or Hybrid methods; strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; and full onsite work in BGC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
At least 3 years of IT software development project management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
Adept at managing budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
Amenable with Full Onsite set-up in BGC.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
Coordinate design, implementation, integration, testing and deployment activities.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners; report progress to stakeholders.
Identify, assess and mitigate project risks; create contingency plans to minimize impact.
