Job summary

Cloud Raptor is seeking an experienced Agile / Squad Project Manager (Delivery Owner) for a 6-month contract focused on hosting and infrastructure initiatives. You will coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, manage RAID items and dependencies, and drive Agile ceremonies to ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes.

You will liaise with vendors and business stakeholders to deliver technology projects in a hybrid work setup in the Philippines.

About the Role

Cloud Raptor is seeking an experienced Agile / Squad Project Manager (Delivery Owner) for a 6-month contract engagement supporting a Hosting Squad and wider Technology Infrastructure portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of multiple technology initiatives, ensuring successful outcomes through effective stakeholder management, risk mitigation, governance, and Agile delivery practices. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive delivery outcomes across infrastructure, hosting, cloud, and enterprise technology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities across multiple technology initiatives and workstreams.
• Manage RAID items, dependencies, delivery plans, and governance requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Work closely with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive successful delivery outcomes.
• Prepare and present governance reporting, portfolio updates, and executive-level status reports.
• Support financial tracking, forecasting, budgeting, and resource coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure delivery artefacts remain current and accurate.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for delivery planning, backlog management, reporting, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and coordinate risks, issues, and blockers as required.
• Support prioritisation and readiness of work across the delivery pipeline.
• Build and maintain strong relationships across IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum and focus.
• Support delivery of initiatives within agreed scope, quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or Delivery Owner.
• Strong experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent technology initiatives and workstreams.
• Proven experience managing RAID logs, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience managing project financials, forecasting, resource planning, and reporting.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners.
• Strong facilitation, planning, and organisational skills.
