Overview

As a Project Manager at Octal Philippines Inc., you will play a crucial role in overseeing and driving the success of our projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets, and ensure project objectives are met while maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll be responsible for fostering strong client relationships and communicating project progress regularly.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. Reviews deliverables prepared by the team before submitting to the client.
• Minimizes project exposure and risk.
• Tracks and reports team hours on a weekly basis.
• Manages all meetings of the working group.
• Serves as the primary contact and ensures appropriate liaison with the project sponsor(s), stakeholders, and team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
• Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
• Effectively applies PM methodology and enforces project standards.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
