Job summary

My Happy Concept Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects in the Philippines. The role requires developing schedules, budgets, and work programs while coordinating with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure on-time milestones.

You will review drawings and specifications, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies, ensuring safety, regulatory, and company compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and work programs.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met on schedule.
• Manage project costs, forecasts, and budget controls to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, productivity, and adherence to specifications.
• Manage procurement activities, including material delivery schedules and subcontractor performance.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, meeting minutes, and client presentations.
• Review and approve progress billings, variation orders, and project documentation.
• Resolve technical issues, project conflicts, and contractual concerns on time.
• Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication among all stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project turnover, final inspections, punch listing, and close-out documentation.
• Provide support for restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
