Job summary

Osmund Real Estate Development Corporation is seeking a qualified Project Manager to oversee vertical construction projects in the Iligan area. The role requires coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources while supervising site personnel and subcontractors.

Candidates should have a Civil Engineering degree and at least five years of relevant experience. Licensing is advantageous; willingness to be posted to Cagayan de Oro or Maranding, Lanao del Norte is required.

Qualifications
