Job summary

South Meats in Imus, Cavite seeks a Project Engineer to supervise, schedule, and budget manpower for ongoing projects. You will assist the project manager in overall execution and coordination, prepare weekly status reports, and help build construction schedules and BOQs while attending meetings.

Qualification requires BS Engineering with PRC licence as an advantage; strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering required or equivalent; PRC licence is an advantage.

• Exposed to construction facets and testing of materials.
• Familiar with project plans and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule and budget manpower for projects.
• Assist project manager in overall execution and coordination.

• Prepare manpower schedules and Bill of Quantities & estimates.
• Attend project meetings and record minutes.

Job Description:
Supervise, schedule and budget available manpower
assist in project manager in overall execution of project
assist in project coordination
assist in preparation of weekly owner project status reports
assist in preparation of construction schedule
prepares manpower schedule
prepares Bill of quantities & estimates
Attend project meetings and record meeting minutes
Knowlegable in MS office, Sketch up & Auto CAD.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS ENGINEERING (PRC Licence is an advantage)
• Male
• Exposed in all construction facets
• Can undertstand proper testing for various materials that will be used in project site
• Can understand the project and work order plan
• Can implement all safety procedures and follow necessary measures
• Strong leadership & motivational skills
• Strong analytical, modeling & reporting skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• 5 years extensive experience in vertical and horizontal project
