Job summary

Grand Majesty Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate all construction operations at multiple project sites in Leyte.

You will monitor timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has a civil engineering degree, professional licensure preferred, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and proficiency with MS Project or AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar)
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• WillinG to be based full-time in Leyte and travel to project sites as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all construction operations and site activities
