Job description

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee large-scale horizontal and vertical construction projects. This role is ideal for a licensed and highly experienced Civil Engineer with proven expertise in managing complex projects, leading diverse teams, and ensuring successful delivery from planning to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring targets on scope, schedule, and budget are achieved.
• Supervise and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, cost control, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Provide strategic direction and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer.
• At least 15 years of progressive experience in the construction industry.
• Strong track record in managing both horizontal (roads, pipelines, infrastructure) and vertical (buildings, facilities) projects.
• Certification in Project/Construction Management (e.g., CCM, PMP) is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Bacoor City, Cavite.
