Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation is seeking a Construction Manager to lead planning, execution, and control of complex power-related construction projects in Pasig, Philippines. The role requires ensuring projects meet budget and schedule, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, PE license, and at least seven years of experience in substations, transmission lines, and solar projects, with strong on-site construction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering required.
Licensed Engineer preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience in substation, transmission line, and solar projects.

Responsibilities

Lead construction planning, execution, monitoring and control of project activities.
Ensure completion within budget and schedule and in conformance with specifications.
Provide guidance to the construction team and coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and assemble resources.
