Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans as needed.
• Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; provide status reports to leadership and clients.
• Manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external vendors.
• Lead resource allocation and workforce planning for optimal productivity.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure alignment and address concerns.
• Document project specifications, requirements, and technical documentation.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our company in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing engineering projects from conception through completion. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is essential to our success in delivering innovative building electronics and systems solutions to our clients.

This position is based in Makati City, Metro Manila and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of engineers and technical specialists in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all project activities, ensuring timely delivery of engineering projects within approved budgets
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as required
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, providing regular status reports to senior leadership and clients
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the engineering or building systems industry
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)

• Excellent understanding of engineering principles and building electronics systems is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and direct diverse teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
• Problem-solving capabilities and ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality assurance standards
• Professional project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) or equivalent experience is preferred
• Experience with building information modelling (BIM) or related technologies is advantageous
