Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking an AI Technical Program Manager (Consultant, Program Management) to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise AI programs. You will bridge business stakeholders with AI engineering, data teams, and platform groups to ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, coordinating risks, and overseeing deployment of AI solutions with strong governance, security, and Responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 10 years in Technical Program Management or related leadership roles.
• Proven success delivering large-scale AI/data programs from concept through production deployment.
• Experience leading enterprise AI, ML, or data platform programs at scale; familiarity with MLOps, model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and AI governance.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar environments.
• Certification or formal training in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, or related methodologies is highly valued.

About the role

As an AI Technical Program Manager (Consultant, Program Management), you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise AI programs, helping transform innovative ideas into scalable solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Reporting to the Program Manager Lead, you will serve as the bridge connecting business stakeholders, product teams, AI engineering, development, data engineering, and platform teams to ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define program roadmaps, establish milestones and success measures, and guide the prioritization of AI use cases aligned to organizational goals

• Drive cross-functional coordination, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain alignment between technical delivery and business value realization

• Oversee the deployment of enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices across model lifecycle management, monitoring, governance, and operational excellence

• Provide executive-level visibility into program progress and support organizational adoption of AI capabilities

• Ensure all solutions meet Responsible AI, security, and data privacy standards

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline

• Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, technology delivery, or a similar leadership role managing complex, cross-functional initiatives

• Proven success delivering large-scale technology, AI/ML, data platform, or digital transformation programs from concept through production deployment; Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including GenAI, data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and enterprise AI delivery practices

• Experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, or data platform programs at scale.; Familiarity with MLOps practices, model monitoring, retraining frameworks, and AI governance standards.; Exposure to Agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, automation platforms, or intelligent workflow solutions

• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or large-scale enterprise delivery environments

• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or similar environments

• Certification or formal training in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, SDLC, or related methodologies is highly valued
