Job summary

FJ - VERCIDE CONSTRUCTION is seeking a seasoned PROJECT MANAGER to oversee multiple construction projects from planning to closeout. You will lead project engineers, site personnel, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring schedules, budgets, and safety requirements are met across diverse sites.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering or related degree with 8–10 years of experience, strong planning and communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, or project management.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously (3-4).
• Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Ability to lead project engineers, site personnel, foremen, subcontractors.
• Knowledge of construction documentation, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in preparing project reports, schedules, estimates, and progress billing.
• Highly organized with ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willing to travel to different project sites.
• PRC license preferred depending on discipline.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.

• Proficient in preparing and reviewing project reports, schedules, progress billing, estimates, and other project-related documents.

• Highly organized and capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Willing to travel to different project sites as required.

• Preferably with a valid professional license (PRC), depending on the discipline and project requirements.
