Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse/Logistics Associate in the Philippines. You will manage inventory, ensure proper product handling, and uphold safety standards, while keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and secure in line with 5S and FEFO practices.

You’ll verify deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and support stock control and dispatch. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s in business-related field, experience in logistics or direct selling, and

Qualifications

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or related field.
• Preferably with experience in direct selling, supply chain, logistics, sales, or similar work environment.
• Interpersonal & Organizational Skills: Effective communicator, adaptable, works independently or in a team, and performs well under pressure.
• Analytical & Technical Skills: Strong data analysis ability and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective warehouse management by maintaining accurate inventory, proper product handling, and compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse in line with 5S, FIFO/FEFO, and safety practices.
• Verify delivery accuracy and product quality, document discrepancies, and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory, manage stock organization, and oversee product packaging and dispatch.
• Participate in company events and cross-functional initiatives while adhering to company policies and procedures.
