Job summary

The position is full-time with performance bonuses and opportunities to manage client relations and coordinate campaigns. Responsibilities

• Perform key sales and marketing functions.
• Interface with telco, media networks, content owners, media and digital marketing partners.
• Coordinate campaigns and ensure timely service delivery.
• Act as intermediary for client and operations for requests coordination.
• Coordinate with Design for design-related requirements.
• Coordinate with Marketing for development of marketing collaterals and promotions.
• Coordinate with Tech Operations for timelines and delivery to client.
• Coordinate with Sales for execution of proposals with clients.
• Coordinate with Editorial for uploading and writing client requests for Inquirer Mobile publishing.
• Prepare and collate reports for project assessment and completion.
• Manage client relationships to promote business continuity.
• Generate list of potential clients based on target industries.
• Set meetings between potential clients and business development managers.
• Follow up on documents needed for tasks.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform key sales and marketing functions which include but may not be limited to the following:
• Interfaces with the company’s business partners including telco, media networks, content owners, media agencies, corporate partners and digital marketing partners;
• Ensures that campaigns are processed, coordinated and serviced in a timely manner.
• Be the intermediary for client and operations for requests coordination.
• Plans and coordinates with the Design team for design-related requirements;
• Plans and coordinates with Marketing Manager for the development of marketing collaterals and promotions;
• Plans and coordinates with the Tech Operations for service or application development timelines, requirements and expected delivery to the client;
• Plans and coordinates with the Sales group for the execution of the signed and approved project proposals with the clients;
• Plans and coordinates with the Editorial team for the uploading, writing and execution of client requests for the Inquirer Mobile publishing segment;
• Prepares and collates reports for the assessment and completion of the project;
• Manages client relationships in a manner that promotes business continuity
• Generates list of potential clients based on target industries as determined by the business segments;
• Sets meetings and appointments between potential clients and business development managers;
• Follows up on important documents needed for tasks to be accomplished;
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : College Graduate, preferably in
• Qualification Business Administration, Marketing or Information Technology
• Work Experience : At least 2 years work experience in the digital and service industry.
• Must have effective presentation and communication skills and adept at using office-related software and tools;
• Must have good people skills;
• Must have the capability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage clients’ expectations
• Must possess the eagle-eye for details
• Good oral and written skills in English language
