Responsibilities

• You are the main liaison between client and agency.
• Create and organize pitch presentations.
• Assist in the planning and development of BTL strategies for existing and new projects.
• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
• Communicating with clients and gathering information about a project’s scope, budgets and timelines.
• Ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Respond to concerns and resolve issues aiming to meet or exceed client’s expectations while maintaining the company's reputation.
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
• Report generation and timely submission for projects for agency and clients.
• Coordinating teams to meet project milestones.
• Discover new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
• Develop and cultivate effective working relationships with team members.
• Evaluate project effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills
