Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. invites an experienced Project Coordinator to lead SAP transformation initiatives in partnership with business stakeholders, IT teams, SAP consultants, and project leaders. You will help ensure successful delivery, governance, and alignment across the program.

The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in SAP or ERP transformation, with strong skills in SAP FICO, Jira or MS Project, and collaboration across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in SAP, ERP implementations, project coordination, PMO, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (SAP FICO) and finance business processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, MS Project, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support SAP and enterprise transformation projects from planning through deployment.
• Manage project schedules, governance documentation, risks, issues, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to drive project success.
• Support SAP Finance workshops, testing, training, and change management activities.
• Ensure project compliance with PMO standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks.
• Contribute to future digital transformation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.
