Job summary

Perfetti Van Melle Philippines seeks an experienced Transformation PMO Lead to support a major business transformation program, including ERP upgrade and implementation. The PMO will provide governance, planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple workstreams.

The role requires maintaining the integrated program plan, monitoring milestones, managing risks and issues, and ensuring decisions and actions are followed through to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project/program management or PMO experience in large-scale transformations or ERP programs.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, or major systems transformation.
• Strong understanding of planning, governance, RAID management, dependency management, change control, and status reporting.
• Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical workstreams.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Transformation PMO Lead to support the successful delivery of a major business transformation program, including the upgrade and implementation of our ERP platform.

The role will provide program governance, planning, coordination, reporting, and delivery oversight across multiple business and technology workstreams. The PMO will work closely with the Project Release Lead, functional workstream leads, IT teams, implementation partners, and senior management to ensure that the transformation is delivered in a structured, transparent, and controlled manner.

The successful candidate will play a central role in maintaining the integrated program plan, monitoring key milestones and dependencies, managing risks and issues, and ensuring that decisions and actions are followed through to completion.

Qualifications:

• Amenable to fixed-term employment of 9-10 months
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant project/program management or PMO experience,preferably involving large-scale business transformation or ERP programs
• Previous experience with an ERP implementation, upgrade, or major systems transformation
• Strong understanding of project and program management disciplines, including planning, governance, RAID management, dependency management, change control, and status reporting
• Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical workstreams
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, challenge timelines, and translate complex project information into clear management reporting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications/experience:

PMP, Agile or similar project-management certification; experience with SAP, FMCG experience; and previous involvement in ERP cutover and go-live activities
